Love Tokens
After feeling inspired by the delicacy and handmade quality of antique love tokens, I created this image celebrating the intricacies of the paper weaving, the emotion behind the imperfection and the repeating motifs.

I then created an accompanying illustration based on Welsh love spoons, again inspired by the intricate hand carved designs.
